Here's what people are saying about Kay's Cookery:

"I wasn't very confident in my cooking because my husband is such a good cook, he was always telling me what to do. I wanted to take a class to remind me that I did used to enjoy cooking in the past and to feel confident that I could cook something that would impress my husband. All that changed when I took the cookery course, week after week I would take something home that my husband had never cooked before and it felt great. I now cook all the time and even bake muffins when I know friends are going to drop round ~ just to show off a bit. I would really recommend any of these cookery courses because it is so easy to be taught by Kalwant, she is kind and helpful but makes sure that you know what you are doing, which is what I needed!"

Mrs L White, who attended a basic five week cookery course in April 2006.

"Just a quick note to say a big Thank You for the other night, I had such fun and just know I will be making that Tom Yum starter a lot. You're a star"

Amy Gregory, who went to a Thai Cookery Party September 2006.

"Hi Kalwant

Thank you so much for all your efforts last Monday - I know you were concerned about teaching so many children at once but your sessions worked beautifully and made a great start to Food Week 08. I think the whole event went well, Sally and I certainly enjoyed our sessions and we seemed to get our messages across!

Thanks once again for your calm, professional approach. Keep in touch.

"Dear Kalwant

We really enjoyed ourselves on Saturday - it was a great course, and you gave us so much help and inspiration, without bombarding us with information!

I bought Laura's starter kit of spices in Southall, and she went home fired up to cook more curries. The best thing was that her Mum didn't even know the spices, let alone how to use them...but she loved the end result! So Laura feels very proud. Apparently her Dad finished off a bowl of the Aloo Chaat single handed.

I am already singing your praises to everyone I know, so keep me informed of your future courses, and I will pass on the details to friends.

Also, I would love to hear more about your trip to Rhantambore (spelling??) as I am really keen to take Laura there for her 16th in a year and a half.

Thanks again
Best wishes
Deborah"
